VHR Checker is an independent data aggregator. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with CARFAX Inc., CARFAX Canada, or any government DMV/ministry of transportation. Any trademarks, service marks, or logos mentioned on our website are the property of their respective owners, and their use is for descriptive purposes only.
This website only provides data retrieval and format optimization services. All data originates from third-party public channels and databases. This website does not guarantee the absolute timeliness and accuracy of the data, and does not bear civil liability or responsibility for any used vehicle transaction losses, damages, or claims incurred by users due to data latency or delay.
Some vehicle history events (such as private sales, unregistered collision damage, or service at non-reporting facilities) may not appear in the reports. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VHR Checker, its owners, operators, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, but not limited to, financial losses incurred during the purchase, sale, or valuation of a vehicle, repair costs, or physical injury) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or reliance on any reports generated.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is strictly limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific report in question.
Due to the digital and instant nature of our report delivery, once a report has been successfully retrieved from our databases and sent/made available to you, the sale is final and non-refundable. If the system fails to retrieve a report for your VIN, we will automatically refund the transaction (or credit your dealer account).
For E-transfer payments, you must send the exact specified amount and include the correct, matching VIN in the transfer memo field. Failure to do so may prevent automatic delivery, and you will need to contact support to verify the payment manually.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
