• VINs (Vehicle Identification Numbers) that you enter to check vehicle history.
• Email address to forward the report PDF and confirmation receipt.
• Payment transaction details (processed securely via third-party processors like Stripe; we do not store your raw credit card numbers).

2. How We Use Information

The information we collect is strictly used to:

• Query the appropriate databases to retrieve vehicle details.
• Fulfill and email your vehicle history reports.
• Provide customer support and resolve payment/delivery queries.

3. Data Retention

To respect your privacy and secure data, reports are only cached on our servers for 15 days following a successful query. After 15 days, report links expire and the corresponding PDFs are deleted from active cache servers.

4. Third Party Services

We work with trusted third-party providers (such as Stripe for card processing, nodemailer for outbound mail delivery, and external database interfaces). These companies are only provided with the minimum information necessary to execute their services.
